Summary
Probation Service Band 3 - Performance Analyst for the Homeless Prevention Team
Based within the Community Integration function, the band 3 Performance Analyst’s primary role will be to support and enhance the achievement of our key accommodation targets. Working closely with the Homeless Prevention Team (HPT), accommodation leads across the region, and colleagues within Prisons, you will ensure the timely and accurate recording of accommodation statuses, at each of the key measurement points, along with the maintenance / development of the HPT management information report / tracker.
The role will incorporate data assurance activities to aid in the identification of local performance and quality issues contributing to developing improvements in operational practice recording to meet the recording and performance reporting needs.
The role will also provide support and cover across the function, spanning all the performance measures and provision of management information.
The post holder will have no line management responsibilities.
Responsibilities, Activities and Duties
Developing new business intelligence, tools and reports
Developing strong working relationships within the team and with other stakeholders, including accommodation lead’s within PDU’s.
Development and maintenance of management information dashboards.
Responding to ad hoc analytical requests ensuring these are translated into efficient reports.
Assisting the preparation and delivery of training programmes
