Duties:
- Prepare vehicles for painting, including masking, sanding, and priming to industry standards
- Mix and apply paint with high precision, ensuring a flawless finish
- Carry out all work in accordance with safety and quality standards
- Conduct final inspections to ensure customer satisfaction before vehicles are returned
- Maintain a clean and organised work area, adhering to health and safety regulations
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Vehicle Paint Sprayer or Paint Technician within an accident repair centre or body shop
- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Relevant qualifications such as NVQ or IMI in Vehicle Refinishing are advantageous but not essential
- Full UK driving licence preferred
