Benefits:
- Starting wage of £17-18 per hour, increasing to £20-21 after diagnostic training
- Average earnings of £47,000 with shift allowance and Saturday enhancements (£54,000 after training)
- Additional overtime available at time and a half
- Rotating two-week shift pattern: Week 1 (06:00–15:30, Monday–Friday); Week 2 (14:00–00:00, Mon–Thurs; 14:30–22:00, Friday)
- 15% late-shift premium during afternoon/evening shifts
- Two paid Saturdays per month at overtime rate
- Ongoing IRTEC and Manufacturer training provided to enhance your skills

Duties:
- Diagnose and repair a range of faults on vans and light commercial vehicles as a dedicated LCV Technician
- Conduct vehicle servicing and repairs to manufacturer standards
- Carry out fault diagnostics efficiently and accurately
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of diagnostic systems and vehicle technology
- Support colleagues in a team-oriented workshop environment
- Ensure all work is completed to high-quality standards within set timeframes
- Contribute to a positive, professional workshop culture
Specification:
- NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair or similar qualification
- Proven experience working as an LCV Technician within a dealership or workshop setting
- Strong understanding of modern vehicle systems and diagnostic procedures
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship - Positive attitude with a proactive approach and willingness to learn
- Ability to work within a team and adapt to a rotating shift pattern
