• Orchestrating and inspiring a dynamic Drama curriculum across KS3–KS5
• Leading and coaching a talented team of Drama teachers and ECTs
• Expanding extra-curricular production opportunities and showcase events
• Embedding creative, inclusive approaches for diverse student cohorts
• Forging powerful community and industry partnerships in the arts
• Championing student voice and original devised work
