Your new roleAs Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving regional sales performance, developing relationships, and expanding market presence.

  • Develop and execute a regional sales strategy aligned with wider organisational objectives, balancing immediate revenue opportunities with sustainable long‑term growth.
  • Identify new sales channels, distributors, and partnership opportunities through market scanning, competitor analysis, and engagement with industry networks.
  • Monitor market trends and regulatory developments to inform territory planning and uncover new commercial opportunities.
  • Evaluate and pursue sales opportunities within your region, ensuring they align with organisational priorities and profitability requirements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, contractors, consultants, and end‑users across the air filtration and HVAC sectors.
  • Present the organisation at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings, acting as a key representative within the region.
  • Negotiate pricing, agreements, and commercial terms while ensuring compliance with internal governance.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (technical support, marketing, operations) to successfully onboard partners, launch products, and deliver high‑quality customer support.
