Summary
Assembly Operator
Location: Droitwich
Hours: Monday to Friday
• 6:00am – 2:00pm or 8:00am – 4:00pm
• 1-hour unpaid break (35 hours per week)
Pay Rate: £12.21 – £13.68 per hour
Duration: 6–8 weeks (temporary role)
We are currently recruiting for an Assembly Operator to join a busy team in Droitwich on a temporary 6–8 week assignment.
Duties will include:
• Assembling metal coils
• Fitting coils onto pipes
• Following assembly instructions and quality standards
• Ensuring work is completed efficiently and safely
Requirements:
• Good attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Previous assembly or manufacturing experience preferred but not essential
