Primary Teacher (KS1 & KS2)

Daily Rate: £120 - £160 (DOE)

Your Responsibilities

  • Quality Delivery: Deliver engaging, differentiated lessons that cater to all learning styles within the classroom.

  • Classroom Management: Maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment using effective behavior management strategies.

  • Assessment for Learning: Provide "in-the-moment" feedback to students and accurately assess progress to inform future planning.

  • Collaboration: Work alongside Teaching Assistants and support staff to ensure every child-including those with SEN-is supported.

Requirements

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.

  • Experience: Proven track record teaching the UK National Curriculum in KS1 or KS2.

  • Flexibility: An adaptable "can-do" attitude, especially for daily supply roles where you may step into new environments.

  • Safeguarding: A deep understanding of current safeguarding and "Keeping Children Safe in Education" (KCSiE) guidelines.
