  Role and Responsibilities:

  • Delivering high-quality nursing care to patients across a range of services

    
    

  • Managing chronic disease clinics (e.g., diabetes, asthma, hypertension)

    
    

  • Performing routine health checks, vaccinations, and screenings

    
    

  • Supporting the GPs with minor procedures and clinical tasks

    
    

  • Maintaining accurate patient records and adhering to clinical governance standards

    
    

    Requirements:

    • Registered General Nurse (RGN) with valid NMC registration

      
      

    • Experience in primary care or community nursing preferred

      
      

    • Strong communication and organisational skills

      
      

    • Enthusiastic about innovation in patient care and service delivery
