Summary
The Best Connection Mansfield are currently seeking a part time Cleaner for a role in Newark!
Role Overview:
Responsible for keeping all areas of the battery power station clean, tidy, and safe. This includes welfare spaces, offices, and certain industrial areas (non‑electrical tasks only). The cleaner supports site safety by reducing dust, debris, and hazards.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean offices, welfare areas, kitchens, and toilets.
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and empty bins.
- Maintain cleanliness in plant/industrial areas where safe and permitted.
- Ensure walkways and emergency exits are clear.
- Follow site safety rules, PPE requirements, and COSHH procedures.
- Report hazards or maintenance concerns.
- Previous cleaning experience preferred.
- Good attention to detail and reliability.
- Ability to work safely in an industrial environment.
- Able to stand, walk, and lift light equipment as part of daily duties.
Working Hours:
- Monday, Tuesday and Friday - Either 10am until 1pm or 12pm until 3pm.
Pay Rate:
- £12.95
