Summary

The Care Club Manager will:
Lead A Small Team Of Committed Staff
Work With Enthusiastic And Engaging Children
Provide play and learning opportunities for children aged 3 – 11 years, after school
Liaise with school staff, parents and governors
Complete all necessary administration related to this postYou will need to be confident and supportive with strong behaviour management and excellent nurturing skills.The successful candidate must have NVQ Level 3 in play work / childcare and an understanding of OFSTED requirements; have previous experience of working in a childcare setting and excellent interpersonal and organisational skills. 
This role is a part time 15 hours per week / 44.6 weeks per year – Term Time Only with an actual pro-rata annual salary of £9,414 - £9,875 , Grade D Point 7-10.Adswood Primary School are looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated manager to provide a safe, engaging and inclusive environment for our Out of Hour’s Club. The current breakfast club is very well attended and vital for our working parents, and we would like to extend this provision at the end of the school day. This position will be on a one year contract initially to evaluate the viability of this provision, but we anticipate that this vital service will continue to thrive.For more details about the role please see attached Job Description and Person Specification.
