Summary

Team: Project Management Office

Location: Remote

Work pattern: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Salary: Up to £35,065.63 per year

Contract: Two roles available. One permanent and one fixed-term contract for 18 months

Responsibilities of our Project Coordinator:



Assist in the planning, management and delivery of strategic projects and change initiatives





Coordinate project tasks and ensure project objectives are achieved on time





Delivery of project workstreams or smaller scale projects where required





Identify and implement process improvements





Prepare and distribute regular project status updates to stakeholders





Act as a point of contact for any project-related enquiries



About the Project Management Office team:



The Change and PMO team sit within the Shared Services Directorate





The team are responsible for the development and delivery of strategic projects and programmes and the successful adoption of change at Cats Protection





It’s a very exciting time to join Cats Protection, with an ambitious 10-year strategy and significant investment in the areas of change and improvement required to get us there



What we’re looking for in our Project Coordinator:



Project Management qualification





Knowledge of project management methodologies and principles





Experience working in a multi-site/remote, volunteer-based organisation





Experience providing project support for a range of projects





Project planning and administration experience





Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal





Able to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders





Strong ability to plan ahead with excellent organisation skills
