Passionate about maintenance excellence and digital transformation? I am looking for a proactive Preventative Maintenance Technician to lead the operation, development, and continuous improvement of the Mosstodloch site.

This is an incredible opportunity to play a key role in modernising maintenance processes and supporting a fully integrated, data-driven maintenance strategy.

Leadership & Implementation

• Act as the site champion and administrator for the Shire (Pirana) CMMS.
• Roll out and configure the system to meet operational and compliance needs.
• Collaborate with engineering, production, and IT teams to ensure seamless integration.
• Monitor system usage and drive improvements.

Asset & Inventory Management

• Register and maintain accurate equipment and machinery records.
• Link assets to maintenance schedules and performance history.
• Develop spare parts inventory structures, including supplier data and reorder levels.

Preventative & Reactive Maintenance Coordination

• Support the creation and scheduling of planned maintenance routines.
• Manage reactive maintenance requests through the CMMS to ensure timely completion.
• Review completed work orders and drive completion rate improvements.

Reporting & Continuous Improvement

• Produce maintenance KPIs and performance reports.
• Analyse system data to support decision-making and reliability improvements.
• Support audits using accurate CMMS records.

Training & System Support

• Train engineering and maintenance teams in CMMS best practices.
• Provide ongoing user support and encourage accurate, consistent data entry.

Compliance & Safety

• Ensure maintenance records meet regulatory and safety requirements.
• Integrate safety inspections and incident tracking within the system.

What You’ll Bring

• Experience in an engineering, maintenance, or coordination role.
• Hands-on experience with CMMS (Shire/Pirana ideal, SAP PM or Maximo beneficial).
• Strong understanding of mechanical/electrical maintenance principles.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to train and coach colleagues and work across departments.
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
