Are you a skilled Engineer looking for the stability of a large-scale static site? We are looking for a reliable, technically-sound Mechanical & AC Maintenance Engineer to join a dedicated estates team in West London.
This isn't your typical "van-based" role where you spend half your day in traffic. You'll be based at a single location, allowing you to actually get stuck into the plant room and take ownership of the site's infrastructure.
The Essentials-
Salary: £42,000 - £44,000 (depending on experience)

Hours: Monday - Friday (Standard Days)

Location: West London (Static Site)

Environment: Large-scale commercial/public sector facility
You will be responsible for the planned (PPM) and reactive maintenance of the building's mechanical and cooling systems.

HVAC & Cooling: Maintenance and fault-finding on VRVs, VRFs, Split units, and AHUs.

Mechanical Plant: Overhauling pumps, motors, and pressurized systems.

Plumbing/Heating: Managing pipework, valves, and commercial heating systems.

Compliance: Ensuring all works meet health and safety regulations and site-specific protocols.

Team Collaboration: Working alongside electrical engineers to ensure the site runs at peak efficiency.
To be successful in this role, you must hold:

NVQ Level 3 in Mechanical Engineering or Air Conditioning & Refrigeration
