Part time hours on a temporary basis
Key Responsibilities
- Provide timely, accurate, and practical legal advice on routine property law matters.
- Manage a caseload of routine transactions and files, while assisting with a limited number of more complex matters under supervision.
- Support senior team members, including Principal Solicitors and Directors, with ongoing projects and legal issues.
- Work consistently within the case management system, ensuring all time spent is accurately recorded each day and chargeable hours targets are met.
- Instruct external solicitors and/or Counsel when appropriate and in line with team procedures.
- Attend meetings with internal stakeholders, external partners, and relevant organisations as required.
