Key Responsibilities
- Respond to a high volume of inbound calls from residents, offering information, guidance, and support.
- Resolve queries at first point of contact wherever possible.
- Use multiple systems to record information, process requests, and update customer records.
- Provide clear, empathetic communication, even when dealing with challenging or sensitive situations.
- Follow processes and procedures to ensure consistent and high-quality service delivery.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and other departments to ensure residents receive timely support.
