About the Role:
This position is for 17.75 Hrs Per Week.
Dealing with the public, in person, and on the telephone, answering enquiries, assisting with and leading Children's and Adult's activities, helping customers use the self service terminals and public computers, dealing with Council related enquiries and signposting to other agencies, and providing a warm and welcoming space to a whole host of groups and activities that take place in the library.
Alongside this you will be working with books, sorting, shelving, and dealing with book related enquiries.

About you:
We are looking for someone who is detail orientated, passionate about people, community and books. Is confident using I.T, and curious about emerging technologies, can converse at ease with customers and has excellent verbal and written English.
The working pattern for this role is: Week 1: Tue 9.45 - 5/Wed 9.45-5/Fri 9.45 -1
Week 2: Tue 9.45-5/Wed 9.45-5/Saturday 8.45-1
