Summary

To effectively support process development activities & projects which can include machinery or products, ensure site is fully aware of kit/products and do all the background work needed, Carry out trials and data collection. Also support site projects which include automation, waste and giveaway initiatives. Be customer facing & liaise with customers regarding trial updates and plans.



Main Responsibilities:

Accountabilities:

Renovation

· To assist the renovation process of existing projects when introducing upgrades in quality, cost of production and presentation where appropriate

· Ensure that all renovation work is approved by the appropriate channels

· To assist in trials and lead production staff where appropriate.

· Involvement in packaging trials as part of the development process

· To support the factory with Giveaway, downgrades and waste through process engineering and also on the job support and training.

Customer Focus

· To assist in the delivery of launches from product handover through to launch, meeting all deadlines both internally and externally, ensuring both internal and external gate processes are met

· To assist & lead customer presentations where required

· To assist & lead on external trials when required by the team

· To work on projects between all UKP sites as and when required

Innovation

· To work with relevant machinery, packaging & ingredient suppliers to ensure that 2 Sisters Food Group are always up to date with the latest innovation.

· Assist & lead with special projects

· Address issues proactively and responds to routine issues with minimal direction

· Responds to change productively and handles other duties as required
