Our well-established client is looking for a Sales Administrator with advanced IT and date skills to join them in supporting the Sales and Operation department.
Duties include:
• Raising and issuing client reports and action their needs.
• Managing onboarding for new accounts
• Generating site reports and quotes for the Account Managers
• Following up calls/emails with brochures and project information
• Updating and maintaining CRM system with job records
• Creating site report forms, photos, and project documentation
• Logging issues on a tracking spreadsheet and distributing to relevant team members.
• Assisting with planning and scheduling coordination
To be considered for the Sales Administrator role candidates must be data literate with intermediate Excel skills. Previous experience in a Sales or Operations team is essential to the role as are clear and confident communication skills.
