Summary
HRGO are recruiting experienced Production Operatives on behalf of our client based on the outskirts of Maidstone. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a modern facility with a friendly and supportive team environment. An immediate start is available for the right candidate.
Location: Hollingbourne, near Maidstone
Pay Rate: £13.13 - £13.79 per hour
Contract: Temp to Perm
Hours: Full-time
Shifts Available:
- Monday - Friday 6am - 2pm
- Monday - Friday 2pm - 10pm
Please note: Due to the location, all applicants must drive and have access to their own transport. Previous production/manufacturing experience is essential.
Duties will include:
- Operating on a production line
- Assembling components using small handheld tools
- Maintaining a consistent and accurate work pace
- Working both independently and as part of a team
- Carrying out heavy lifting where required
About You
To be successful in this role, you will:
- Have previous production or manufacturing experience
- Be reliable with good communication skills
- Be able to work quickly and accurately
- Be comfortable with manual handling and heavy lifting
- Hold a valid driving licence and have your own transport
Desirable (but not essential):
- Forklift licence
