Are you seeking a new opportunity? Do you have admin experience? We have an opportunity for a part time People Services Coordinator to join the team in Tiverton, Devon.
The People service desk team supports all services at MDDC and manages a variety of queries from across the organisation. Following training and guidance, this role is applicable for hybrid working.
As a People Services Coordinator you will be the first point of contact for any queries relating to Human Resources, Health & Safety and Learning & Development. This will involve either resolving queries directly or escalating them to the correct individual where appropriate while maintaining a focus on customer service.
A People Services Coordinator is there to support the processes employees go through during their entire employment at Mid Devon District Council in a robust and accurate way.

As a People Services Coordinator your duties will include but are not limited to:

• Provide support to the People service desk
• Provide telephone and online advice to members of staff
• Assist in advertisement of new vacancies
• Minute Taking at various kinds of meetings.

• Good Standard of English and Maths
• Competent in Microsoft programs
• Able to prioritise/organise workload
• Significant and demonstrable administrative experience.
