Are you a high-energy leader ready for a massive scale operation? Turners (Soham) Ltd is looking for a Coldstore Shift Supervisor to join our Newmarket depot. If you thrive in fast-paced environments and want a role that offers both a challenge and a structured work-life balance, this is it.
The Reward
Salary: £34,660.08 per annum + Overtime.
Shift Pattern: 7 on, 7 off (06:00–18:00) – Enjoy a true work-life balance.

Your Impact
As a key member of our supervisory team, you will ensure our 24/7 operation runs like clockwork. Your day-to-day will include:
Leading from the Front: Motivating a diverse warehouse team to hit KPIs in Goods-In, Picking, Despatch and Blast Freezing.
Operational Excellence: Using our WMS, Outlook, and Excel systems to maintain 100% stock accuracy.
Safety First: Upholding the highest standards of hygiene and Health & Safety in a sub-zero environment.
Resource Planning: Coordinating labour and workloads to meet demanding customer deadlines
Collaboration: Working closely with our friendly Coldstore Office team to resolve operational issues.
Who We’re Looking For
Experience: A background in warehousing or logistics is ideal. MHE experience is a bonus, but full training is provided for the right attitude.
Leadership: You are a natural communicator who can use your own initiative while working seamlessly with our Coldstore Office team.
Drive: You are a progressive professional looking to develop your skills within a privately owned company that has over 80 years of success.
