Summary
Managing and developing the Trusts websites and intranet in line with best practice, SEO and WCAG 2.2 AA accessibility standards Creating video content end-to-end, from filming to final edit, tailored for different platforms and audiences Using analytics (including GA4) and user insight to improve content, journeys and engagement Working closely with colleagues across the Trust to ensure content is accurate, timely and effective Liaising with developers, agencies and internal digital teams on improvements and new functionality Supporting the introduction of AI and new digital tools Managing YouTube channels and supporting the Trusts brand and corporate identity
