We work with some of the UK’s most interesting brands and we’re looking for an HR Administrator to come and join us. Armbands optional.


The Part You’ll Play as HR Administrator…    

You’ll bring energy and enthusiasm to support in the delivery of a proactive and efficient administration and support service to the People team and wider agency employees. You’ll proactively own the delivery of the administration within the team, and we will rely on you to make sure we deliver on all our promises to our colleagues on time and to a super standard.  


What you’ll be doing: 

General HR Administration  

Prepare all HR documentation in line with our HR processes

Regular upkeep of HR systems (Workday and Benefits Portals) ensuring changes are made in a timely and accurate manner.  

Complete necessary internal forms and liaise with appropriate departments, e.g. IT and Finance, to ensure all systems are in place for employee lifecycle events.  

Input into the payroll spreadsheet, ensuring accurate and timely recording of information and liaising with Payroll to ensure all salary changes are accurately processed and on time.  

Follow and seek improvement for our HR processes, ensuring all stakeholders deliver to their process step so we are audit compliant.  

Ownership of the Onboarding & Offboarding process, ensuring processes are followed and suggesting and actioning improvements  

Responsible for the overall management of employee files in line with GDPR legislation.  

Track all documents and ensure all files are up-to-date  

Produce ad hoc reports using our HR systems, for a variety of stakeholders.  

Ensure the relevant sections of the intranet are accurate and updated regularly.  

Raise purchase orders for invoices and credit card purchases and reconcile the monthly statement.  

Maintain an awareness of HR best practice at all times.  

Own and assist the HR team with ad hoc projects and duties as needed.  

Be a learning ambassador across the agency, proactively looking for development opportunities and actively participating in our learning and development initiatives.
  
In addition to the duties and responsibilities listed, the job holder is required to perform other duties as assigned by their Manager from time to time.  


What we’re looking for: 

Must have:

Previous admin experience within a busy environment

Ability to pick up a range of administrative tasks, processes and systems quickly

Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal, and the ability to build effective relationships at all levels  

Ability to demonstrate a professional, confident and ‘can do’ attitude  

Strong organisational and time management skills – the ability to manage a high-volume workload is essential  

Attention to detail is paramount due to the nature of the information you’ll be working with

The ability to work in a fast-paced environment with frequently changing priorities.

Excellent IT skills with a very high degree of accuracy  

The ability to act with tact and discretion at all times, maintaining departmental confidentiality, whilst remaining approachable and helpful  

Solutions-focused – thinking positively and offering potential solutions to your line manager or the relevant manager

Nice to have:     
 Previous experience within an HR department
