Summary
Please note this is not a Swansea city council job. You will be working with a private client who received direct payments.
A little about myself:
I am a middle-aged friendly man living in Swansea. I suffer with anxiety. I find going out for a walk helps. I am looking for a PA to accompany me. I enjoy getting outdoors as often as I can. I enjoy music especially ACDC and Metallica. I would like to have a PA with similar interests so we can enjoy chatting. I also enjoy going for a coffee, I used to go to the gym wight training. If I am not feeling great, I am happy to stay in and have a coffee and have a chat. I am looking for an energetic PA to enjoy going for a walk with.
Driver required to take me out.
Male / female preferred.

10 hours per week split over the week.

Essential:

• Be enthusiastic.
• Be happy to go for a walk.
Desirable
I’d prefer if:
• You like the same music.
• You have experience with mental health
I’d like support with
• Going out in the community.
I will need my PA to:
Respect and understand the importance of privacy and confidentiality.
Be confident, mature and have patience.
Be dependable and arrive on time.
Be friendly with an easy-going manner.
Be adaptable and flexible.
Be supportive but not take over.
Have business insurance on your car to take clients out.
Concerning the position
A trial period will be necessary in the first instance in the form of a six-month probationary period. Salary will be paid monthly (Annual leave is calculated on a pro rata basis). A DBS MUST be processed prior to any commencement of employment. Costs of DBS will be met by Swansea council where applicant is eligible.
