We are a well-established, family-run wholesale fruit and vegetable company supplying high-quality produce to hotels, restaurants, and catering businesses. Due to continued growth, we are looking for a reliable and hardworking Delivery Driver to join our friendly team.
The Role:
• Delivering fresh fruit and vegetables to hotels, restaurants, and catering establishments
• Ensuring timely and accurate deliveries
• Loading and unloading goods
• Providing excellent customer service
• Maintaining cleanliness and basic checks of the vehicle
Hours:
This is a permanent position with a guaranteed minimum of 140 hours per month, with additional overtime available.
Working days may vary depending on holiday cover and business demand. The regular working pattern is typically four days per week, however:
• Some weeks may require additional days due to staff absences
• Other weeks may be lighter to balance hours accordingly
Flexibility is essential.
Pay:
• £12.75 per hour
• Paid monthly
• Overtime paid in addition to guaranteed hours
Requirements:
• Full UK driving licence (required)
• Must be a UK resident
• Reliable, punctual, and professional
• Physically fit (role includes lifting and carrying produce)
• Good communication and customer service skills
