We are Recruiting for a leading and highly respected artificial grass manufacturer, supplying premium products across the UK and internationally. As business continues to grow, we are looking for a reliable and hardworking Dispatch Operative to join our busy team.
Hours
06:30 – 16:30, Monday to Thursday
(Three day weekends, every week)
About the Role
Working within our dispatch department, you will play a key part in ensuring our products are handled, stored, and shipped with the high standards our brand is known for. This is a hands on, fast paced role that requires accuracy, awareness, and a strong work ethic.
Key Responsibilities
• Operating a Forklift Truck (with boom attachment)
• Loading and unloading stock safely and efficiently
• Stock relocation and warehouse organisation
• Order picking and preparing goods for dispatch
• Bagging products and completing dispatch tasks
• Using handheld scanners and barcodes for stock control
• Maintaining excellent housekeeping standards across the department
What We’re Looking For
• Valid FLT licence (boom attachment experience desirable)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Experience in dispatch, warehousing, or a similar environment
• Confident using scanners and basic stock control systems
• A proactive, team focused attitude
• Ability to work to deadlines in a busy operational setting
