We are seeking a talented and motivated Sous Chef to join our dynamic contract catering team. You will assist the head chef in our staff dining kitchen, delivering high-quality meals to a vibrant workplace community.

Responsibilities of Sous Chef

• Support the Head Chef in managing daily kitchen operations
• Lead and motivate the kitchen team to deliver exceptional food standards
• Ensure consistent preparation and presentation of fresh, seasonal menus
• Maintain strict food safety and hygiene standards (HACCP compliant)
• Assist with stock control, ordering, and minimising waste
• Contribute to menu planning and development
• Ensure compliance with company policies and health & safety regulations

About you

• Previous experience as a Sous Chef or strong Junior Sous ready to step up
• Experience within contract catering, high-volume catering, or business & industry dining preferred
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Passion for fresh, quality food and modern menu development
