    • Team of: Catering Manager, 1 Sous, 3 FOH, 1 KP
    • High expectations from both client and senior leadership

      • No weekends

      • Structured, professional environment
      • Industry-leading training & development
      • Creative input encouraged

      Responsibilities as Chef Manager

        • Lead the kitchen and set the food standard
        • Deliver creative, trend-aware menus
        • Manage GP, stock control and compliance
        • Inspire and develop the team
        • Build strong relationships with client stakeholders
        • Deliver hospitality to a high, restaurant-level finish

        Who This Role Suits

This is for a chef who:

          • Has a strong fresh-food background
          • Understands current and future food trends
          • Can talk confidently about process, palate and ingredients
          • Is energised by craft and execution
          • Is tired of evenings and weekends but not tired of cooking

          You don’t need Michelin experience.
But you do need pride, curiosity and standards.

If you’re a chef who still loves food — properly loves it — and wants a lifestyle upgrade without compromising your craft.
