The Role:- Preparing metal components for coating
- Operating powder coating equipment safely and efficiently
- Applying high-quality finishes to company standards
- Inspecting completed products for quality assurance
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
- Previous powder coating experience (essential)
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good understanding of health & safety in a manufacturing setting
- Reliability and a strong work ethic
- Ongoing, long-term work
- Consistent 4-day working week
- Weekly pay
