The Ideal SEN Teaching Assistant:

• Enthusiastic and nurturing with a genuine passion for supporting children and young people
• Experience working with SEN is desirable but not essential - full training will be provided
• Able to build positive relationships with pupils and staff
• Patient, flexible, and resilient
• Commutable to Radlett, Hertfordshire
