About Our Opportunity
As Onebright’s Finance Business Partner will be a pivotal member of the FP&A team, working closely with the executive team to understand performance drivers and influence strategic decision‑making. You will lead business engagement, oversee a robust budgeting, planning, and forecasting cycle, and proactively manage risks and opportunities across the organisation. By acting as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, the Finance Business Partner will help equip the executive team with the clarity and confidence needed to make informed decisions and continually push the organisation forward.
What we need from you
- An engaging and ambitious team player with a strong values set, an excellent work ethic and the ability to influence others
- Experience working in a rapidly changing environment
- Comfortable working autonomously, with a track record of delivering in challenging situations
- Strong communication skills and the ability to develop good relationships across the business, especially within the IT Department
- Qualified accountant (e.g. ACA, CIMA, ACCA) with 3 years PQE and experience of budgeting, forecasting and KPI production
- Confident IT user with advanced Excel skills able to manage large and complex data sets and an ability to pick up new IT systems quickly
- Excellent analytical skills, with ability to identify trends in data and share these with both financial and non-financial users
