Summary
We are an expanding, family-run preschool and are excited to be growing our team. We are currently looking to appoint experienced Early Years Practitioners and a Room Leader, all holding a full and relevant Level 3 qualification in Early Years.

Early Years Practitioner (Level 3) Monday to Friday 8.30-3.30pm
You will:
- Deliver high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS
- Support children’s learning through play-based, child-led experiences
- Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
- Observe, assess, and support children’s development
- Promote safeguarding, wellbeing, and inclusive practice at all times
Room Leader (Level 3 or above) Monday to Friday 8.30-3.30pm
In addition to the above, you will:
- Lead a room effectively and support staff within the team
- Plan and deliver engaging activities tailored to children’s needs
- Support key persons and oversee observations and planning
- Work closely with management to maintain high standards of practice
- Act as a positive role model and mentor for staff
