With decades of craftsmanship behind us, we are searching for a motivated and enthusiastic Level 3 Metal Fabrication Apprentice to join our skilled team at our Nuneaton facility.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a genuine interest in engineering, fabrication, and hands-on technical work. You will learn from experienced professionals, gain industry‑recognised qualifications, and build skills that will set you up for a long-term career. Work
As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.

What you’ll do at work
Support the fabrication team in producing high‑quality metal components and assemblies
Learn how to interpret technical drawings and engineering specifications
Use industry tools and machinery such as welders, presses, cutting equipment, and hand tools
Assist with welding, cutting, forming, and shaping metal components
Work safely and efficiently within a workshop environment
Contribute to the restoration and manufacturing of specialist and classic vehicle parts
Develop your knowledge of materials, fabrication techniques, and engineering standards
Training
An apprenticeship includes regular training with a college or other training organisation. At least 20% of your working hours will be spent training or studying.
