We’re looking for an enthusiastic, creative and compassionate Activities Assistant to help bring energy and engagement to life at Harbour View Lodge Care Home.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll work as part of our Activities Team to create meaningful experiences for residents, including those living with dementia.

Your role will include:

✨ Supporting engaging group and one-to-one activities
Helping to organise themed events and celebrations
Booking entertainers and external suppliers
Assisting with community outings (transport & accessibility planning)
Maintaining participation records and reviewing resident needs
Contributing ideas to keep our programme fresh and inspiring
Supporting fundraising events and community involvement
Attending training and team meetings

This is a hands-on, people-focused role where no two days are the same.
