At Meadow Lodge we provide short breaks away from the family home supporting customers, enabling them to take part in meaningful activities. We work with families, paid and unpaid carers to ensure that they are also involved and listened to, we will support the customer in the most appropriate way to enable them to maximise their independence.
We will provide regular training opportunities to support you in this role and you will be supported to undertake a 26-week probationary period with regular meetings throughout this period to monitor progress.
