An amazing new job opportunity has arisen for a Care Quality Manager to cover care home services across Belfast. You will be working for one of UK’s leading healthcare provider
This exceptional care home provider is dedicated to creating a safe, clean, relaxed, and homely environment while delivering high-quality, person-centred care to every resident
**To be considered for this position you must be qualified as a Registered Nurse with an active NMC Pin + Nursing/Clinical Experience within a care home is essential**
As the Care Quality Manager your key responsibilities will include:
• Support Home Managers and staff to ensure they provide high quality care
• Ensure homes are compliant with RQIA and prepared for any upcoming inspections
• Conduct weekly reports sent to the Operations Director regarding service quality
• Conduct weekly audits, create and implement development points to further improve the home
• Developing positive relationships with commissioners and external professionals and the delivery of clinical quality training across the Area
• Monitor results and improvements
The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role:
• Experience working as a Quality Manager
• Exposure to RQIA inspections
• Passion for the care of elderly people
• Care Home background
• The ability to work over a 7 day period to include weekend visits
• Experience of care planning
• Experience of management within a care home
The successful Care Quality Manager will receive an excellent salary of £53,500 per annum. This exciting position is a permanent full time role working through days. In return for your hard work and commitment you will receive the following generous benefits:
