Summary
As a Plumbing Apprentice, you will work under the guidance of experienced plumbers to learn the skills required to install, maintain, and repair plumbing and heating systems. You will gain practical on-site experience across a range of projects while completing your formal apprenticeship training with Exeter College.

Assist qualified plumbers with the
installation, repair, and maintenance of plumbing and heating systems

Support work on pipework, fittings, fixtures,
water supply, drainage, and heating systems
·
Help with testing and inspecting systems to
identify leaks, faults, and performance issues
·
Learn to read and interpret technical drawings
and specifications
·
Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and clients
·
Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a safe and organised
manner
·
Adhere to company and site-specific health & safety policies at
all times
· Accurately
record work completed and materials used
This company is looking for an apprentice who has some experience in plumbing. The apprentice will need to have completed a level 2 diploma in Plumbing by the start of the apprenticeship. Due to the work location, the apprentice will need to be based in Tiverton or able to drive.

Training
You will complete the Level 3 Plumbing and Domestic Heating Apprenticeship at Exeter College.
Qualifications required
Grade 4 in maths and English at GCSE or equivalent
Skills required

Prospects
You will be a qualified plumber by the end of the apprenticeship.
Qualification / Standard : ST0303 Plumbing and domestic heating technician
