Summary
Stanwell Fields CE Primary School is seeking an enthusiastic and skilled School Business Manager—or an experienced professional from business or industry looking for a new challenge—to join our friendly and supportive team. As a key member of the Senior Leadership Team, the School Business Manager will lead on finance, HR, premises and operational strategy, ensuring the school runs efficiently and sustainably. You will manage resources ethically and effectively to support the very best outcomes for our children.
Hours
30 hours per week (Mon-Fri time tbc)
41 weeks a year (term time plus 2 weeks in the school holidays)

Scale Point 35 - £44,711 FTE (Outer London)

We Are Looking for Someone Who:
• Is a qualified or experienced School Business Manager, or has equivalent experience in financial planning and resource management
• Has knowledge of health & safety, premises management, risk, procurement, finance, recruitment, GDPR and IT infrastructure (including cyber security)
• Is well presented, articulate and an effective communicator
• Builds positive relationships with pupils, staff, parents and governors
• Has strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Is self‑motivated, dedicated and consistent
• Can solve problems efficiently and make effective decisions
• Works well as part of a team and uses their initiative
• Brings a positive, flexible and proactive approach
