Summary
Role Overview
As a Telesales Advisor in Commercial Finance, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities by promoting a range of commercial finance products to SMEs and business clients. You will engage prospective customers via telephone, understand their funding requirements, and match them with suitable financial solutions such as business loans, asset finance, invoice finance, and merchant cash advances.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound sales calls to new and existing business leads
Identify client funding needs and assess suitability for commercial finance products
Promote products including:
Business Loans
Asset Finance
Invoice Finance
Merchant Cash Advance
Bridging Finance
Generate and qualify leads for the senior sales team or brokers
Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs
Maintain accurate records on CRM systems
Follow up on enquiries and nurture prospects
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies
Build strong relationships with business owners and decision-makers
Key Skills & Experience
Previous telesales or outbound sales experience (B2B preferred)
Experience in commercial finance, banking, or financial services (desirable)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Target-driven with a proven track record of achieving KPIs
Confident speaking with business owners and senior decision-makers
Ability to handle objections and close sales
Good IT skills and experience using CRM systems
