• Delivering targeted 1:1 and small group interventions to boost progress in literacy and numeracy
• Collaborating with teachers and SENCOs to adapt strategies and resources
• Monitoring, tracking, and reporting on pupil outcomes and transformation
• Enhancing confidence, engagement, and ambition in pupils with additional needs
