Your new role
- Provide daily servicing of electrical infrastructure and carry out breakdown maintenance on mechanical and electrical systems and equipment.
- Conduct PPM and planned maintenance, response activities, and fault analysis within service level agreements.
- Perform fault finding, plant adjustments, checks, and inspections of plant, systems, and electrical services, completing maintenance tasks in accordance with contract specifications.
- Work safely and in accordance with Safe Systems of Work and contractual requirements.
- Assist with subcontractor inductions and ensure safe working practices.
- Deliver reactive and extra work tasks as required, adhering to engineering standards and HASAWA legislation, as well as internal processes.
What you'll need to succeed
- A technical background, mechanically or electrically qualified, with strong experience in Building Services Engineering.
- Understanding of statutory compliance for HVAC and Water Treatment.
- Health & Safety IOSH Working Safely (or similar) qualification.
- Demonstrable experience in a customer‑facing role.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
