The organisation is an inclusive and responsible business focused on helping to build a better society.They deliver nationwide facilities management across M&E support, cleaning, catering, and grounds maintenance, supported by technology for efficient planned and reactive services.They are seeking a Mobile, Multi‑Skilled Engineer to join the Building Services team in London.

Your new role

  • Provide daily servicing of electrical infrastructure and carry out breakdown maintenance on mechanical and electrical systems and equipment.
  • Conduct PPM and planned maintenance, response activities, and fault analysis within service level agreements.
  • Perform fault finding, plant adjustments, checks, and inspections of plant, systems, and electrical services, completing maintenance tasks in accordance with contract specifications.
  • Work safely and in accordance with Safe Systems of Work and contractual requirements.
  • Assist with subcontractor inductions and ensure safe working practices.
  • Deliver reactive and extra work tasks as required, adhering to engineering standards and HASAWA legislation, as well as internal processes.

What you'll need to succeed

  • A technical background, mechanically or electrically qualified, with strong experience in Building Services Engineering.
  • Understanding of statutory compliance for HVAC and Water Treatment.
  • Health & Safety IOSH Working Safely (or similar) qualification.
  • Demonstrable experience in a customer‑facing role.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
