Level 3 Nursery Nurse

Are you a passionate and experienced Level 3 Qualified Nursery Nurse looking to join a warm, supportive and child-focused setting in Rose Hill, Oxford? We are seeking a dedicated early years professional who is committed to providing outstanding care and education for children aged 0–5 years.

About the Role

As a Level 3 Nursery Nurse, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality early years provision in line with the EYFS framework. You will work as part of a supportive team to create a safe, stimulating and nurturing environment where children can thrive.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality care and learning experiences for children aged 0–5


  • Plan and implement engaging activities in line with the EYFS


  • Support children’s development through observation, assessment and planning


  • Build strong relationships with parents and carers


  • Ensure safeguarding, health and safety policies are followed at all times


  • Act as a key person for a group of children


    Requirements
    • Full and relevant Level 3 qualification in Early Years/Childcare


    • Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework


    • Experience working in a nursery or early years setting


    • Excellent communication and teamwork skills


    • A genuine passion for supporting young children’s development


    • Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
