Teaching Assistant (Primary & Secondary)
Location: Bradford, West Yorkshire
Contract: Full-time / Part-time / Long-Term & Day-to-Day Supply
Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience
The Education Network is currently recruiting enthusiastic and committed Teaching Assistants to work across a range of primary and secondary schools in Bradford.
We are looking for individuals who are passionate about supporting children and young people, helping them to thrive both academically and personally.
The Role: As a Teaching Assistant in Bradford schools, you will:

- Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils
- Support students with additional learning needs, including SEN/SEND
- Assist teachers with lesson preparation and classroom activities
- Promote positive behaviour and engagement
- Help create a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment
- Monitor and report on pupil progress

The Ideal Candidate Will:

- Have experience working with children or young people (school experience desirable)
- Be patient, adaptable, and proactive
- Demonstrate strong communication and teamwork skills
- Have a genuine passion for education
- Hold a relevant qualification (Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant or equivalent) – desirable but not essential
