What skills and experience we're looking for
King James I Academy are looking to appoint an experienced cleaning supervisor to join our dynamic and flexible cleaning department. This role will suit someone with a good eye for detail and a commitment to high standards. You will oversee cleaning and associated duties for the team and make sure tasks are carried out within the required timeframe.
Duties will include:
Checking of Cleaning Operative’s timesheets.
Monitoring work rotas to ensure an efficient service is available
Authorisation of annual leave for Cleaning Operatives
Service induction of all new Cleaning Operatives

Person Specification:
Essential
Previous cleaning supervisor experience in either industrial or contract setting
Effective verbal communication skills
Experience of working with a range of people – Effective customer care skills
Ability to maintain high standard level of cleaning
Motivation to work with children
