Summary
This is a fast-paced, varied role where speed, accuracy, and high-quality client service are essential.
Key responsibilities will include:
- First point of contact for clients (phone and email)
- Logging instructions and maintaining accurate records
- Managing appointments, electronic diary and arranging surveys
- Organising travel and accommodation for island visits
- General office and administrative support.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Strong communication skills with a proactive, positive can-do attitude and attention to detail
- Good organisational skills with the ability to multitask.
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft applications and databases
