ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re looking for an inspiring and knowledgeable Regional Culinary & Hospitality Manager to join our growing team, supporting a portfolio of homes to deliver outstanding dining, housekeeping and hospitality experiences.
In this regional role, you’ll champion excellence across culinary and hospitality services, developing chefs and housekeepers, uplifting standards, embedding best practice, and ensuring our teams deliver memorable experiences for every resident, every day.
Working closely with the Director of Culinary & Hospitality, you’ll support menu development, training, quality assurance, compliance, innovation and service improvement. No two days are the same, from coaching kitchen teams to reviewing service delivery, supporting new home openings, driving high EHO ratings and enhancing resident experience.
Your leadership will directly influence the quality, creativity and consistency of our hospitality offering across the region.

ABOUT YOU

Our ideal candidate will:
- Bring professional cookery or hospitality qualifications (City & Guilds / NVQ or equivalent)
- Understand regulatory compliance, foodsafetyand EHO standards
- Be an excellent communicator with strong coaching and leadership skills
- Be solutions-focused,creativeand confident managing change
- Hold a full UK driving licence and be able to travel/stay away occasionally
