Summary

Salary: £28,892.61 per annum plus Veolia benefits

Hours: 40 hours per week, Saturday to Wednesday, 6:00 am to 14.00 pm - Office-based

Location: Wilton Road, London, SW1 1DW

What you'll be doing;

  • Coordinate and monitor SLA's and communications with operational teams
  • Track and process service defaults within contractual timeframes
  • Collect and analyse operational data to identify trends and patterns
  • Produce regular performance reports and statistics
  • Maintain accurate records and update operational systems
  • Liaise with internal teams, council representatives and external stakeholders
  • Coordinate responses to service requests and complaints
  • Monitor and report on KPIs and service levels
  • Contribute to the development of standard operating procedures
  • Support system improvements and best practices implementation
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety procedures

What we're looking for;

Essential

  • Strong IT skills and proficiency in operational management systems
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in customer service and Administration
  • Proven ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines & flexible with change
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Analytical and problem-solving capabilities

Desirable

  • Previous experience in waste management operations
  • Excellent geographical knowledge of London
  • Understanding of local authority operations
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations
