We are seeking a resilient and compassionate Learning Support Worker to support pupils with complex needs and SEMH challenges in a Boston Spa school.

This permanent opportunity is ideal for someone experienced in behaviour management and emotional regulation strategies.

Role Includes:

1:1 classroom support
De-escalation and behaviour intervention
Supporting structured routines
Encouraging independence

Essential Criteria:

Previous SEN/SEMH experience
Strong behaviour management skills
Enhanced DBS certificate
