Summary

Job Title: Storeman / Telehandler Operator
Location: Preston
Duration: 6 Months (Fixed Term)
Hours: 42.5 per week (Mon-Fri)
Overtime: Paid at Time and a Half

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Storeman / Telehandler Operator to join a busy site in Preston on a 6-month contract.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operating a telehandler safely and efficiently on site

• Managing deliveries and materials in the stores area

• Loading and unloading materials

• Maintaining accurate stock records

• Keeping storage areas organised and compliant with site safety standards

• Supporting site teams with materials distribution as required

Requirements:

• Valid CPCS or NPORS Telehandler licence

• Previous experience in a storeman or similar role

• Good understanding of site logistics and materials handling

• Strong attention to health and safety procedures

• Forklift licence desirable

• Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
