Summary

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic and forwardthinking Corporate Nursing Division, where your work will directly influence the quality of care, patient experience, and outcomes across our Trust. As Project Coordinator, you will become a central part of the engine that drives our accreditation and quality improvement programmes, helping clinical teams showcase excellent practice while identifying meaningful opportunities for change. You will take the lead on coordinating a wide range of quality and accreditation activities, ensuring each project runs smoothly, on time, and with the highest standards of governance. A key element of your role will be gathering, analysing, and preparing highquality data for accreditation visits work that enables the Trust to understand how we are performing, celebrate success, and identify improvements that truly make a difference to patients and families. Your responsibilities will include designing and maintaining robust systems and processes, creating audit tools, producing comprehensive reports, and supporting the use of our electronic quality monitoring systems. Youll coordinate key meetings and events, ensure actions are followed through, and provide the organisational structure that allows our corporate nursing functions to operate efficiently and effectively. This is a varied and fastpaced role requiring excellent prioritisation skills. You will manage several workstreams at once, working autonomously while collaborating with colleagues across all levels of the organisation. You will act as a key communication link, building effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, often dealing with sensitive or confidential information. In addition to your project responsibilities, you will provide highlevel PA and organisational support to the Corporate Quality Senior Nursing Team, managing diaries, coordinating correspondence, preparing meeting papers, and helping to ensure that the governance framework supporting patient safety and quality runs seamlessly. You will also offer daytoday supervision and support to junior administrative staff, helping build a cohesive, responsive, and highperforming team.
